The new molecular POCT analyzer based on microfluidic chip technology uses unique centrifugal rotation (acceleration, deceleration, positioning) to make the liquid flow and mix, which can complete the whole process of nucleic acid extraction and amplification detection of tested samples in the microfluidic chip, making experiments simpler, faster and more accurate.

Small-Sized & Fast in POCT

●POCT is short for point-of-Care Testing. It refers to medical tests performed directly at the patient’s side or at the site of clinical care. 
●Compared with traditional laboratory testing, POCT has the characteristics of simple operation and rapid acquisition of test results, which can immediately support clinical decision-making and improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.

Principle

Standards solution and standard curves: Known concentrations of the corresponding DNA templates were diluted at different concentrations. The corresponding Ct values were obtained from the real-time PCR reaction, and a standard curve was constructed to obtain the standard equation.
Sample: The starting template can be quantified by taking the Ct value of the sample from the PCR reaction performed simultaneously with the standard solution into the standard equation.
